Drain trouble in Seoul? Text us a photo.

Blocked drain, toilet, sink, bad smell, basement pump alarm — we handle pipes across all 25 districts of Seoul, around the clock. You don't need Korean to reach us.

Language

Photos beat words — and we answer texts

The easiest way to reach us is a text message with a photo or short video of the problem. We reply in English with translation support and tell you what we would check first. Simple English on the phone works too. Once we are on site, plumbing explains itself: you see the pipe camera screen, we show you the cause, and the price is confirmed in writing before anything starts.

What we handle

Ten kinds of pipe problems

Blocked drains

Bathroom floor drains, balcony drains, outdoor lines — slow water, gurgling, backflow.

Blocked toilets

We retrieve what is stuck instead of pushing it deeper. Dropped items too.

Kitchen sinks

Hardened grease is the usual culprit. We clear it and check the pipe wall.

Drain odors

A smell means air is leaking in somewhere. We find and seal the path.

Hydro jetting

High-pressure cleaning that restores the pipe to its original diameter.

Pipe camera inspection

See the cause on screen before deciding on any work. Video available.

Grease traps

Restaurant grease trap cleaning, scheduled around your opening hours.

Sewage & sump pumps

Basement pump alarms, float switches, check valves — repair before replacement.

Leak detection

Acoustic and thermal equipment to locate hidden leaks before opening walls.

Building maintenance

Scheduled pipe care for buildings with restaurants or basement tenants.

Pricing

Fixed price before work — not after

Honest answer: nobody can price a blocked pipe accurately without seeing it. What we promise instead is the process — cause confirmed on site, a fixed price stated before work begins, and work only with your agreement. No night or weekend surcharge either.

FAQ

Things people ask before calling

I don’t speak Korean. Will that be a problem?

No. Texting works best: send photos or a short video of the problem and we reply using translation tools. On site, most of this trade is visual — we point, show you the camera screen, and confirm the price in writing before starting.

How does pricing work?

We do not give blind quotes over the phone, because the real cost depends on where and why the pipe is blocked. On site we confirm the cause, tell you a fixed price before any work starts, and only proceed with your agreement. There is no night or weekend surcharge.

My landlord should probably pay. Can you help with that?

Often yes. In Korea, blockages caused by aging pipes or shared building lines are usually the landlord’s or building’s responsibility, while blockages caused by what went down the drain are usually the tenant’s. We identify the cause and the location (unit line vs. shared line) and can provide photos or camera footage you can send to your landlord or building office.

How fast can you come?

We cover all 25 districts of Seoul and give you an arrival estimate when you call or text, based on where our crew is. Urgent backflow cases get priority.

Can I pay by card?

Yes. We accept credit card payment on site — bank transfer works too, whichever is easier for you. The amount is agreed before work starts.

What should I prepare before you arrive?

Nothing special — but if you used a chemical drain cleaner, tell us in advance so we can work safely. Photos of the problem and your building type (apartment, villa, officetel) help us bring the right equipment the first time.
